Easter fun in the forest at Millbrook Primary

PUPILS at Millbrook Primary enjoyed an ‘Easter Experience in the Forest’.

The Forest School was given an Easter makeover and the children followed a trail to find the chicks (decorated pebbles) which they were able to adopt.

The children also each received an Easter egg thanks to a kind donation from Dukinfield and Stalybridge Rotary Club.

Together with the proceeds from the Easter raffle, this event raised a magnificent £800 which will be put towards their ‘Reading Shed’ project.

As a ‘Good to be Green’ treat at the end of term, children enjoyed egg rolling. They decorated the eggs beautifully first and then found whose would roll the furthest.
